How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US, while international orders may take 10-15 business days depending on customs.
Do you offer returns if the item doesn't fit my space?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy on all non-custom items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Are your artisanal ceramics dishwasher safe?
While most of our stoneware is dishwasher and microwave safe, we recommend hand-washing our hand-painted or gold-rimmed collections to preserve their finish.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has reached our warehouse for processing, we are unable to make further changes.
Do you provide swatches for your furniture and upholstery?
We offer complimentary swatch kits for our signature velvet and linen upholstery collections so you can feel the quality and see the colors in your own lighting.
