Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back at our studio safely.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
